About Us
Our story began with a personal journey: supporting a bright neurodivergent family member who left school without a transition plan, support and opportunities.
Realizing this was not an isolated experience, Maria Hamilton, our founder set out to help others in similar situations.
Maria initially worked with organisations helping adults with disabilities or neurodiversity get into work.
But she realised that many young adults, still faced challenges around independence and employment.
As a result she set up Neuroinclusive Works in 2023
